Answering Difficult Questions

Often in construction – whether in a crisis situation, a client presentation, or on the jobsite - there are questions that seem to come from left field. You need to be able to think quickly, take control and give the message you want to convey.

In this half-day workshop you will learn:
  • how to stand on your feet and deliver a convincing response to difficult questions
  • to take control when questions get nasty
  • effective ways to make your point in tense situations

  • four specific response techniques

This workshop is a great follow-up for anyone who has attended Anthony Huey’s program on Presentation Skills.
