The Builders Exchange of Central Ohio advances the commercial construction industry as the resource for communication, education, services and recognition.

Founded in 1892 in Columbus, the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio has nearly 900 member firms, representing the entire spectrum of the industry. Members include architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers and manufacturers, along with related professionals such as attorneys, insurance and bonding agents, bankers, accountants and computer specialists.

Space at the BX for lease!

The Exchange has a 1,900-square foot office suite for lease, which is the entire area above its Plan Room and features:

  • Two private offices and eight (8) large cubicle spaces
  • Private restrooms
  • Use of the BX board room and terrace
  • Free parking and direct access to I-670
  • A three-minute drive to downtown
  • Full service lease (water, electric, janitorial service, yard care and snow removal)

LEED AP Breakfast Meetings

Members with LEED AP designations are able to earn continuing education (CE) hours from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) at the Exchange.

LEED AP Breakfast Meetings will take place the second Friday of each month at the Exchange and will feature a wide range of topics on sustainable design and construction.
