To build a more positive image of the industry in the community, the BX will develop promotional campaigns that show the impact the industry has through its craftsmanship,
safety and
cornerstone awards — as well as its economic impact.
v Workforce Development v
To ensure a steady supply of qualified people for our current and future needs, the BX will increase its activities in local schools, expand its scholarship program and create an online Industry Workforce Resource Center.
v Improved Industry Business Practices v
BX will research - and introduce - methods to improve
industry communication and to advance an ethical culture within the Central Ohio construction industry.
