• Educational Background: Steitz holds a bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
• Other leadership activities: Steitz joined the BX board in 1998, and served as president in 2006. An active member of the BX, Steitz held a number of committee chairmanships during his tenure on the BX board. He also is a speaker for the BX Outreach Program, has served on the Safety Awards judging team, and as a Rising Leaders Institute Champion for two years. He is also a past president of the board of directors of the Mechanical Contractors Association of Central Ohio and a former board member of the Simon Kenton Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
