Save the Date!  BX Open House on Thursday, Sept. 4, 2008

In keeping with a long-standing, late-summer tradition, Builders Exchange members will gather on the BX back lawn on Sept. 4 for a barbeque dinner to be served by the BX and BXF boards of directors.

For the seventh year, the event will also feature a silent auction to generate funds for the Builders Exchange Foundation, which supports scholarships, workforce development, employee education and improved industry business practices.

Last year, guests walked away with sports and entertainment-themed auction packages that included something for everyone: tickets to see the Buckeyes, Blue Jackets and Browns, a NASCAR Nextel Cup package – there was even a skydiving package up for bid.

Is your firm contributing to the “Sports and Entertainment” themed silent auction? Tickets to sporting events are always a hot item and we welcome your participation!

In appreciation of your generosity, your firm will be mentioned in our newsletter, mailed weekly to over 2,000 BX subscribers.  In addition, feel free to provide us any brochures or company information to be displayed at the auction.

And remember, because the BXF is a charitable 501(c)(3) organization, your donation is fully tax-deductible.
