• The Rising Leaders Institute is a partnership through the OSU Fisher College of Business offering newer managers increased awareness about their new role.  Topics include: Business Operations, Talent Management, Branding, and Finance.  The program is limited to 25 participants.

• Built for senior-level executives in construction companies, The BX Executive Leadership Experience is a nine-session program with topics ranging from leadership essentials to risk management. The program is limited to 20 participants.
