The Exchange announces its Rising Leaders for 2008

After a very successful inaugural year, the Builders Exchange is proud to announce the Rising Leaders Institute class of 2008.

The Rising Leaders Institute, supported by a grant from the Builders Exchange Foundation, is an intensive, 12-session program focused on building management skills and business knowledge of high potential individuals, and preparing them to serve as the future leaders in the construction industry. Participants are required to have a champion from their company, a manager who will act as a mentor to the student throughout the program.

With a curriculum developed for the Builders Exchange by The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, the sessions will be taught by OSU faculty members along with industry leaders.
