2013 marks the seventh year of
the BX Rising Leaders Institute with the largest class of 32
participants!
 The
Rising Leaders Institute provides intensive, high level business
education and leadership training to the construction industry’s
future top managers. The
program features a curriculum developed for the Builders Exchange by
The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Sessions are instructed by OSU faculty members along with
industry leaders.
The Rising Leaders
Institute, supported by a grant from the Builders Exchange
Foundation, is an intensive program focused on building management
skills and business knowledge of high potential individuals, and
preparing them to serve as the future leaders in the construction
industry. Participants
are required to have a champion from their company, a manager who
will act as a mentor to the student throughout the program.
