What is the BX Certified Superintendent Program?

For years, Central Ohio construction companies have sent their "up-and-coming" field employees to a wide range of classes at the Builders Exchange. These programs - which focus on management, safety, technical and legal issues - combine to create a well-rounded field superintendent.

In its BX Certified Superintendent program, the Builders Exchange is offering an opportunity to members only.

This program will teach aspiring and current front-line managers the skills they need to become successful superintendents. Combining long-time and new BX education courses, these "Certified Superintendent" tracks will give graduates the knowledge they need to succeed.

Upon completing the program, this commitment by employers and employees results in the tangible recognition of a BX Certified Superintendent.

Students may choose to pursue a two-year, BX Superintendent Certificate - Level I, which includes the basic principles of field supervision, and/or a four-year, BX Superintendent Certificate - Level II, which focuses on advanced management and leadership skills.
