Meet the 2007 rising leaders
The Rising Leaders Institute (RLI), supported by a grant from the Builders Exchange Foundation, is an intensive, 14-session program focused on building management skills and business knowledge of high potential individuals, and preparing them to serve as the future leaders in the construction industry. Rising Leaders program has given me the opportunity to network with
many in the construction industry as well as learn how to understand
and provide solutions to many of the issues facing our industry
today.” Participants
in the Rising Leaders Institute are required to have a champion from
their company, a manager who acts as their mentor throughout the
program. Stahl’s mentor is
Bryan Stewart, president of The Superior Group. For more
