Meet the 2007 rising leaders

Mark Setterlin

The Rising Leaders Institute (RLI), supported by a grant from the Builders Exchange Foundation, is an intensive, 14-session program focused on building management skills and business knowledge of high potential individuals, and preparing them to serve as the future leaders in the construction industry.

Title: Executive Vice President 

Years in Construction Industry:  10

Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Denison University.

Participants in the Rising Leaders Institute are required to have a champion from their company, a manager who acts as their mentor throughout the program. Setterlin’s mentor is Rob Setterlin, chief executive officer of the R.W. Setterlin Building Company.
