Meet the 2007 rising leaders

Ryan Lidke

The Rising Leaders Institute (RLI), supported by a grant from the Builders Exchange Foundation, is an intensive, 14-session program focused on building management skills and business knowledge of high potential individuals, and preparing them to serve as the future leaders in the construction industry.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Systems from The Ohio State University

Participants in the Rising Leaders Institute are required to have a champion from their company, a manager who acts as their mentor throughout the program. Lidke’s mentor is Todd Alexander, president of Continental Building Systems.
