Meet the 2007 rising leaders
The
Rising Leaders Institute (RLI), supported by a grant from the
Builders Exchange Foundation, is an intensive, 14-session program
focused on building management skills and business knowledge of high
potential individuals, and preparing them to serve as the future
leaders in the construction industry. Rising Leader: Marti Hoffer Company: Inside Outfitters, Inc. Title: Vice President Years
in Construction Industry:
12 Education: Bachelor’s
Degree in Business and Fine Arts from Rising Leader Comments: “I want to carry the torch as a future ambassador of the construction industry beyond just providing window treatments and Plus+Graphic products and be part of the succession for years to come” Participants in the Rising Leaders Institute are required to have a champion from their company, a manager who acts as their mentor throughout the program. Hoffer’s mentor is Dennis Hoffer, president of Inside Outfitters, Inc.
