Drug-free training for supervisors and employees

Some companies are drug-free to meet federal requirements. Others take advantage of financial incentives available through voluntary state programs. Still others decide that being drug-free is imperative to the success of their business. Whatever the reasons, employee education and supervisor training are essential parts of these programs.

By participating in the BX DFWP training sessions, your employees will receive information on your company policy, their responsibilities, and the resources available to them if they need help. Supervisors will learn to observe and document changes in an employee, along with how to confront an employee if necessary.

The BX is next offering these two-hour training sessions Tuesday, March 16, at the Exchange.

Employee Education
   Time: 8 to 10 a.m.
Cost: $35 for BX members, $50 for nonmembers

Supervisor Training
