Make sure you understand the do’s and don’ts of performance reviews Most business owners and HR managers would agree that annual performance reviews can be confusing and overwhelming to conduct, especially if you are not prepared or are unsure of the proper elements to include. Whether you offer formalized employee reviews – or would like to but are not sure where to start – you need to understand the legal aspects of the process.
