Drug-Free Workplace Supervisor Training This class offers training for your supervisors to help you meet the annual two-hour requirement for the supervisor training component of your BWC Drug-Free Workplace Program. Managers and supervisors play an important role in their company's DFWP. In this class, they will receive guidelines on getting to know their employees and observing changes in their job performance, along with documenting their observations and learning how to confront an employee. Each participant must bring a copy of their company’s drug-free workplace program policy.
