Ohio Mechanics' Lien Law: The Hows and Whys of the Paperwork Specifically for: Subcontractors and Suppliers Learn the purpose of the lien law, how it applies to you, and the process for preserving lien rights.  Each participant will receive a packet of sample lien forms along with the handouts.   Industry employees involved in the lien law process, especially billing and receivables, should know the requirements of the Ohio Mechanics' Lien Law to prevent future legal problems and unnecessary costs.
