POLICIES:

You are required to apply and institute drainage, erosion and sediment control for construction projects.
Homeowners are to establish a plan for barrier around in-ground pools that is code compliant at plan review.
The 2006 Ohio Residential Code is adopted.

Effective January 1, 2005 Violet became a commercial state certified building department.

NEW POLICY:

Inspection requests will be accepted up to 3 p.m. the day before the requested appointment.
