Development Services Council has been established, which will provide an important city-industry forum for monitoring Development Service's performance on an ongoing basis.  

The Customer Service Center's Information Counter is the initial conduit for public interaction with the Building Services Division.  Developers, architects, engineers, contractors, attorneys and general public access records, obtain information, and submit permit applications for all building development within the city.
