Cornerstone Award

The Builders Exchange Cornerstone Award was created in 1954 to honor an individual who exemplifies outstanding service and commitment to the local construction industry and community. Since that time, 57 professionals have been recognized with the industry’s highest leadership honor.

Nominees are rated on several criteria including:

• their level of BX participation

• their community involvement

• their impact on the local commercial construction industry

• years of service to the industry

• professionalism and ethics

The 58th recipient of the Builders Exchange Cornerstone Award will be announced in March 2012, with the presentation of the award scheduled as part of the 2012 BX Annual Meeting on November 15.
