Since our founding in 1979 and throughout our growth, GCI has maintained a simple core philosophy: providing innovative and practical solutions to clients with integrity, quality and personal attention. 

Our business began as a traditional soils and foundation engineering company. GCI has evolved into a multidisciplinary firm, providing clients with geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting and construction materials engineering and testing services. We operate a fully equipped laboratory to test soil, concrete, mortar, grout and asphalt for in-house projects and outside clients. GCI's laboratory is AMRL accredited and ODOT pre-qualified for soil testing.

Our ability to bundle these services helps our clients control project costs and schedules.
